This study examines the effect of e-governance on administrative efficiency in Adamawa State University Mubi, Nigeria. Using a mixedmethods approach that combines both qualitative and quantitative methods. The study collected primary data through semi-structured questionnaires from a sample of 390 academic staff and undergraduate students, as well as secondary data from published sources. The findings show that e-governance implementation has significantly improved administrative efficiency, despite some challenges. The benefits of egovernance include enhanced transparency, reduced bureaucratic delays, improved data management, and better decision-making. However, the study also highlights the need for adequate infrastructure, training, and security measures to fully leverage e-governance in enhancing administrative efficiency.
